Stay & Play – Bring along a pumpkin and your creativity to carve something fun with the children for Halloween!

 

Friday 31st October 1.45pm – 2.45pm

Halloween Party – All parents and children welcome to come along and join in the fun! Fancy dress is optional.

  • Please note that if your child does not usually attend nursery on this day then a parent must stay with them at the party.

 

Wednesday 5th November 1.45pm – 2.45pm

Stay & Play – Come along and learn about fire safety for Bonfire night with a spokesperson from our local fire service.

 

Monday 10th November to Friday 14th November

World Nursery Rhyme Week – We will be participating in this fun event throughout the week to promote the importance of nursery rhymes in early childhood development with a particular focus on how nursery rhymes boost early language and literacy skills. There will be a number of activities for children to participate in if they wish.

Friday 14th November

Children in Need ‘Pudsey Bear Pyjama Day’ – Children can come to nursery in their pyjamas and take part in some fun activities in support of this great cause.

We ask that you please donate whatever you can to help us raise money and do our bit for less fortunate children and families across the UK.

Christmas Party – All parents and children welcome to come along and enjoy the festivities. Join in with some singing, dancing and enjoy some nibbles along with a visit from Santa himself …Ho! Ho! Ho! Merry Christmas!

November through December

Speech & Language UK ‘Sign up to Sing’ –

This year we will be participating in ‘Sign up to Sing’, the festive fundraising challenge with a twist. We will be sponsored to learn and perform a Christmas classic using Makaton and raise vital funds for children with speech and language challenges. And the best part? There’s no musical talent required… Yay!

We will share further information and ways you can sponsor us in due course.
